Return Policy

Q1. What should I do if I receive defectiveor missing items?

 

Please inspect the items immediately uponreceiving them. If you find any missing items or defects such as damage orliquid leakage caused during transportation, please request a replacement orexchange within 7 days (including public holidays).

If you contact us for a replacement aftermore than 7 days from the date of receipt, or do not provide photos forverification, we will not be able to assist you. We appreciate yourunderstanding.

 

Q2. Can I return the items within the 7-dayappreciation period?

 

According to the Consumer Protection Act,if the items are unopened and unused, you have the right to a 7-dayappreciation period from the date of receipt (including public holidays).During this period, you can request a return and refund for the items.

 

Q3. Do I need to pay for shipping whenreturning items?

 

If the items you request to return orexchange are missing parts or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct therefund amount based on the extent of the damage; however, this does not applyto defective new items, for which you can enjoy unconditional return orexchange service.

 

If you are returning or exchanging itemsfor reasons other than defects, you will need to cover the reverse logisticsfee of NT$130.

 

Q4. What should I be aware of whenprocessing a return?

 

The items you return must include allproducts, gifts, accessories, packaging, accompanying documents, or materials,and the physical invoice must be returned with the items. Otherwise, we reservethe right to refuse your return and refund request.

 

When returning or exchanging items, pleaseuse the original packaging box to properly pack the items. If the original boxis lost, please use another complete box for packaging. Do not attach any paperor write directly on the original packaging.

 

Q5. When will I receive my refund afterapplying for a return?

 

- **Convenience Store Pickup/Payment**: Therefund will be transferred to your designated account within 14-21 businessdays. If you need separate notification after the refund is completed, pleaseinform the customer service specialist.

- **Credit Card**: The refund will beprocessed within 7-14 business days. If the refund date is after your creditcard billing date, the amount will be credited in the next statement. Pleasecheck your current or next statement. If you have any questions, contact yourcard-issuing bank. If you need separate notification after the refund iscompleted, please inform the customer service specialist.

 

*The account holder's name for the refundmust match the name of the person who placed the order. If you cannot providethe account of the person who placed the order, you need to fill out a"Remittance Declaration" to confirm before proceeding with the refundprocess.
